A Mon-style chedi contains relics; the chedi’s umbrella finial was restored and relics were placed in its upper section. The viharn houses the principal Buddha image, known locally as Luang Pho Phutthamon, described as a beautiful image from the Sukhothai period, around the beginning of the 19th Buddhist century.
