History

Prasat Nang Ram is at Ban Nang Ram in Nang Ram Subdistrict. From Highway No. 2 (Nakhon Ratchasima–Khon Kaen), travel about 62 kilometres to Ban Wat intersection. Turn right onto Highway No. 207 and continue about 22 kilometres to Ban Ya Kha (or 11 kilometres before the center of Prathai District). Then turn left onto the entrance road to Wat Prasat Nang Ram and continue another 4 kilometres. The name Prasat Nang Ram comes from a former green-stone figure of a dancer made in the style of a deity.
