Ko Chang Naval Battle Memorial
History
The Ko Chang Naval Battle Memorial is an important historical site in Trat Province, built to commemorate the bravery of Thai naval personnel in the Battle of Ko Chang in B.E. 2484. HTMS Prasae is displayed there as an open-air museum, alongside a sea viewpoint and exhibitions about Thai maritime history. The site is suited to historical tourism and learning.
