The Cultural Exhibition Hall at Wat Sri Khom Kham is in Wiang Subdistrict, next to the temple. The two-story building uses adapted Lanna architectural style and stands beside Kwan Phayao. Its exhibits include artifacts, important historical documents, literature, local knowledge, cultural traditions and accounts of everyday life in Phayao Province.
