History

Ban Plai Castle is at Ban Prasat in Chuea Phloeng Subdistrict. This Khmer-style religious sanctuary was built in honour of Shiva. It resembles a group of three prang towers made from smoothly finished brick and set in a north-to-south line on one laterite base. A moat surrounds the site except at the eastern entrance.
